Core + Crawl Foundations

Join occupational therapists Natalie (pelvic floor specialist, Core + Flow) and Corrie (pediatric infant specialist, Beyond Pediatric Therapy) for our introductory Core & Crawl Foundations series on Friday May 8th and 15th.
This drop-in style class is designed with your changing schedule in mind! Each week, we will be focusing on different areas of strengthening for your postpartum body and your pre-crawling baby.
After signing up you will receive an invoice for payment. Each 1-hour class is $20.
Don't miss the opportunity to learn and grow with your baby in this unique class, spaces are limited!

Mother’s Circle

“It takes a village” is used often, but we don’t always know how to find it or be it. Many of us have the practical support we need (parents or grandparents, babysitters) but the emotional support is lacking, leading to loneliness and isolation. Let this be the year that you flourish in a group of moms who uplift you, hear your heart, shoulder your burdens, and share in your sentiment. Join us every 4th Tuesday at 6:45 PM as we gather to share and learn from one another in topics around birth, pregnancy, postpartum, and all things motherhood. Coffee/Tea and a sweet treat or snack provided. Pre-mobile babies are welcome to join.

May Group Outing!

Join us Saturday, May 30 as we drive to the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains and hike ~1 mile to the Humpback Rocks. We will enjoy an awesome workout, beautiful views, and many photo ops. After this, we will head to Hazy Mountain Vineyard and Brewery for more beautiful views and refreshments! When you sign up, we will create a group message and car-pool! Tentative timeframe below.

Annual Holiday Party
Our SECOND Annual ✨Holiday Party✨ will be held Friday, December 22nd from 6-8 PM! 🎄
This year’s event will consist of a finger food/appetizer potluck, a “Nailed It” dessert decorating contest, and a few other surprise challenges 😆
Be sure to wear your tackiest sweater, as well as pants/shoes that you can easily move it! 😉
