Health Without the Hustle
Saturday, February 28 @ 10AM (This is a FREE offering open to any woman, not just our members!)
Meet Tracy Hess, a physical therapist and non-diet health coach specializing in intuitive eating, mindset work, and body image healing. Tracy supports individuals who feel stuck and defeated in cycles of overeating, binge eating, weight cycling, and chronic dieting. She helps them move beyond guilt and shame around food using a non restrictive approach built on a foundation of self care. Her clients build a healthier relationship with food and their bodies that is grounded in trust, confidence, and peace.
Health Without The Hustle: A 3-part workshop series on mindset, eating, and body image for sustainable health and peace with food.
Part 2: Rebuilding Trust with Food
This session focuses on how to eat well without tracking, restricting, or starting over every Monday. You’ll learn practical, non-diet strategies for nourishing your body consistently in ways that stabilize energy, reduce cravings, and support your health—without cutting out foods or relying on external rules. Instead of using food to avoid or manage emotions, you’ll begin rebuilding trust in your body’s cues so eating becomes about self-care instead of self-control. The goal is to help eating become more intentional, satisfying, and grounded—so food feels simpler, more supportive, and far less emotionally charged.
Key Focus:
Practicing gentle nutrition without external food rules
Learning to eat for physical nourishment while honoring emotional needs
Rebuilding trust in hunger, fullness, and satisfaction
Creating consistency with food to support energy and stability
Menopause Support Group: Hot Flashes & Friends
Tuesday, February 10 @ 7-8PM
Nearly one-third of a woman’s life is spent in menopause—yet despite its significance, research and mainstream support remain limited. Many of us find ourselves overwhelmed, frustrated, and confused by the wide range of symptoms and changes this season brings.
But here’s the good news: you’re not alone. Together, we can create a space to learn, encourage, and support one another through every step of this journey.

Mother’s Circle
Tuesday, February 24 @ 6:45-7:45 PM
“It takes a village” is used often, but we don’t always know how to find it or be it. Many of us have the practical support we need (parents or grandparents, babysitters) but the emotional support is lacking, leading to loneliness and isolation. Let this be the year that you flourish in a group of moms who uplift you, hear your heart, shoulder your burdens, and share in your sentiment. Join us every 4th Tuesday at 6:45 PM as we gather to share and learn from one another in topics around birth, pregnancy, postpartum, and all things motherhood. Coffee/Tea and a sweet treat or snack provided. Pre-mobile babies are welcome to join.
