Friday, July 4th Time TBD

We will be participating in the Brandermill 4th of July parade again this year! Last year we knocked it out of the park by winning 1st place (and a fun pool party for 50 guests!) with our 18 ft. long float that included banging tunes with one of us on the bike, rower, band exercises, kettlebell exercises, handing out bracelets with encouraging sayings, bubbles, letting spectators try exercises, etc.! We’d love to keep our title but we need YOUR help. It’ll be a fun morning and you’ll definitely get a workout in! There will be multiple opportunities available from doing an exercise on the float, handing out flyers/other goodies, or just offering a smile and wave. We would love to have at least 10 volunteers with us this year. As a thank you to participating, you will get a custom Empower t-shirt that we will all wear on the day of the parade. 

The parade will take place in the Brandermill neighborhood on Friday, July 4th. We will meet at Empower first to set up our float, and then head over to Swift Creek Middle School to get in line for the parade. Expect to carve out 4 hours of your morning (we don’t have exact times yet on when the parade begins).
