Menopause Support Group: Hot Flashes & Friends

Tuesday, March 10 @ 7-8PM

Nearly one-third of a woman’s life is spent in menopause—yet despite its significance, research and mainstream support remain limited. Many of us find ourselves overwhelmed, frustrated, and confused by the wide range of symptoms and changes this season brings.

But here’s the good news: you’re not alone. Together, we can create a space to learn, encourage, and support one another through every step of this journey.

Mother’s Circle

Tuesday, March 24 @ 6:45-7:45 PM

“It takes a village” is used often, but we don’t always know how to find it or be it. Many of us have the practical support we need (parents or grandparents, babysitters) but the emotional support is lacking, leading to loneliness and isolation. Let this be the year that you flourish in a group of moms who uplift you, hear your heart, shoulder your burdens, and share in your sentiment. Join us every 4th Tuesday at 6:45 PM as we gather to share and learn from one another in topics around birth, pregnancy, postpartum, and all things motherhood. Coffee/Tea and a sweet treat or snack provided. Pre-mobile babies are welcome to join.

Health Without the Hustle

Saturday, March 28 @ 10AM (This is a FREE offering open to any woman, not just our members!)

Meet Tracy Hess, a physical therapist and non-diet health coach specializing in intuitive eating, mindset work, and body image healing. Tracy supports individuals who feel stuck and defeated in cycles of overeating, binge eating, weight cycling, and chronic dieting.  She helps them move beyond guilt and shame around food using a non restrictive approach built on a foundation of self care.  Her clients build a healthier relationship with food and their bodies that is grounded in trust, confidence, and peace.

Health Without The Hustle:  A 3-part workshop series on mindset, eating, and body image for sustainable health and peace with food.

Part 3: Making Peace with Your Body While Caring for It Well
Description:
You don’t have to love your body to take good care of it and you don’t have to change your body to feel better in it. In this workshop, we’ll explore how chasing body change often keeps confidence just out of reach—and how real, unwavering self-confidence is built by changing the relationship you have with your body, not the body itself. You’ll learn how to detach self-worth from appearance and interrupt habits that quietly fuel dissatisfaction.  The focus is on cultivating respect, neutrality, and compassion so you can care for your body well now, not after it changes.

Key Focus:
Detaching self-worth from weight, shape, and appearance
Reducing body dissatisfaction and comparison
Building steady, internal confidence that doesn’t depend on body change
Practicing body respect to support sustainable self-care
