Emma’s 12-week Glute Grow program is a small group style Personal Training package designed to do everything mentioned above without you doing the guesswork, and with the benefit of a greatly discounted price on Personal Training. Here’s what’s included:

  • TWO 60-minute personal training sessions per week for 12 weeks (Meeting times: Wednesdays @ 6:45 PM and Saturdays @ 9:45 AM). Can’t make it to all the workouts? No worries- makeup workouts will be provided for you to complete on your time so that you don’t get behind.

  • A pack of varied-resistance mini bands will be given to each person who signs up! There will be a 3rd supplemental workout given each week that will incorporate your bands.

  • Nutrition guides to ensure you are getting enough caloric intake (and of the right ratios) to allow your glutes to grow.

  • Unlimited access to our group classes and open gym!

You may be wondering… “Why 12 weeks? That seems so long!” The truth is- anything less than that wouldn’t get you any results. Muscle growth is not visible until about the 12 week mark, and that’s if you’re consistent! We don’t want you to sell yourself short and not get the results you want.

This membership offers access to our facility and equipment only, without the addition of classes. This membership type is great for women who are independent in their skills and abilities and are seeking a comfortable space to implement their personal workout routines. Our facility has a wide variety of equipment, including: cardio equipment such as bikes/elliptical/rowers, squat racks, benches, barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, various types of resistance bands, TRX, and more! Complimentary childcare is included during select times.

Group Classes

Includes access to our Group Exercise classes as well as open gym (our complimentary treat to you!). Our classes are curated for women of all ages, stages, and abilities, and will vary throughout the week to incorporate each important component of fitness: strength, cardio, endurance, mobility, flexibility, recovery, and mindset. Complimentary childcare is included.
